Light in Dark Rooms // SIO x EIFF 2021
The Edinburgh International Film Festival teamed up with Spit It Out this year to celebrate culture and cinema. The clip was shown at the beginning of every film at Filmhouse during the festival (August 18-25, 2021)
Spit It Out is an award-winning organisation aiming to build connections and provide a platform for discussions about trauma and healing though creativity. Our approach to all the work we do is founded in the provision of education, open discussion and support on these subjects often portrayed as taboo and which can lead to trauma : Consent, Sex ed, Racism, LGBTQIA+ rights; mental illnesses, body image.
